Personal insight cycle (PIC)™

Our methodology activates leaders through the proprietary Personal Insight Cycle (PIC)™, a transformative process that empowers leaders to unlock their own insights and drive sustainable growth. Through the PIC, leaders analyze key situations from 6 distinct lenses, starting with a psychometric assessment, then working through up to 4 different perspectives, separate from the self, in order to redefine and realign mindsets and convictions, before moving to the final lens; reassessment.

Self-activation

This unique cycle deepens self-awareness, aligning actions with core values, and enhancing empathy and strategic vision. Inspired by psychological techniques and executive coaching principles designed for self-activation, the Ekspand Method cultivates clarity, accountability, and transformative impact that resonates across teams and organizations.
